Humans and Plushies

Expertise

It can take several days of work to give life to a cuddly toy and create its accessories.

Research

Ambre and Doerian work with the Archaeological Association of the Plush World. They recover or find ancestral cuddly toy bones themselves. The way they obtain them is not always legal, but it's effective!

Assembling

After analysing the bones and the species from which they come, Ambre and Doerian are not afraid to innovate and assemble different bones if they don't have all the pieces they need.

Manufactoring

Once the moss is assembled, Ambre takes it into the human world to our mum, who assembles the plush fur around the skeleton. Ambre makes the eyes and Doerian gets the claws and teeth. When Mum has finished, we take the plush body back to our world.

Breath of life

Magic comes into play: Doerian programs the machinery containing a heart and two brains, Amber injects the creature with a product whose secret he carefully keeps before launching the machine, and after a particularly long, diabolical laugh from Amber, the creature begins to breathe and move.

Personality

After the breath of life, we discover the character of the creature, and what may have gone wrong during creation. The machine isn't always set up correctly, and the creature ends up with too much or too little love, neurons or malice... The beginnings are sometimes difficult, but thanks to our educator Doerian, we more or less manage to adapt them to our world.

Accessories

After learning about the role of the creatures in their former lives, historians help us to find the type of accessories they wore at the time. Some of the remains are found near the ossemousses or on the black market, which Ambre knows particularly well. Gabuche takes care of the assembly and embellishment and, above all, adapts them to the creatures and humans with whom they will be shared.
